This Privacy Policy explains how Hyve (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Pixel Popper (the “App”).
By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1) Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
A) Information You Provide
Purchase-related information: If you make a purchase, the transaction is processed by the platform provider (e.g., Google Play). We do not collect or store full payment card details. We may receive transaction confirmations and purchase metadata (e.g., item purchased, purchase time, transaction status) to provide purchased content and support refunds/restores.
B) Information Collected Automatically (App Usage & Device Data)
When you use the App, we may automatically collect:
App usage telemetry: gameplay events, session duration, screens viewed, feature usage, interaction patterns, and in-game progress/events
Performance and diagnostics: crash logs, error logs, and other app performance data
Device & technical data: device model, OS version, app version, language, timezone, carrier/network type, and general device settings
Identifiers: Advertising ID (such as the Google Advertising ID), app instance IDs, and similar identifiers used for advertising measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and functionality
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation, biometric data, or health information) through the App.
2) How We Use Information
We use information to
Provide and operate the App and its features
Process and validate purchases and restore transactions
Deliver advertisements and measure ad performance
Send push notifications (where enabled)

3) Advertising (Ads)

You can typically reset or limit ad personalization via Android system settings.
4) Purchases and Payments
The App may offer in-app purchases. Payments are processed by the app store platform (e.g., Google Play). We do not receive your full payment card information. We may process purchase metadata to:
enable purchased content,
validate transactions,
prevent fraud, and
provide customer support and purchase restoration.
5) Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, we may send messages such as:
gameplay reminders,
feature announcements,

promotional messages (where permitted).
You can disable push notifications at any time via your device settings.
6) Analytics and Telemetry
We use analytics and telemetry to understand how players use the App, improve performance, and fix issues. This may include gameplay event tracking, session statistics, and diagnostics.
We may use third-party analytics and crash reporting providers to process this information on our behalf.
